Sacred Valley of the Incas Full Day

The tour starts at 07:00 in the morning, 30 minutes from the city is Chincheros.

CHINCHERO: In this place we will visit a community to appreciate a textile interpretation center, seeing very colorful landscapes. Continuing with the journey we will arrive to Maras.

MARAS: It is a very typical town where we find the famous salt mines of Maras known by some as “salt mines” consisting of about 3000 small wells, where the wells are owned by the locals. Then we will arrive to Moray.

MORAY: Considered an Inca agricultural research center where crop experiments were carried out at different altitudes. Continuing with the trip we will arrive to the city of Urubamba, to enjoy a buffet lunch. A 30 minute drive will take us to the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo.

OLLANTAYTAMBO: The only city that maintains the urban layout made by the great Inca architects, 45 minutes drive to go to Pisaq.

PISAQ: A typical handicraft market, and some picturesque houses and narrow streets, then we will go up to the archaeological complex of Pisaq, are remains of Inca constructions, where we will appreciate the urban and residential area of the place, as well as an Inca cemetery, at 19:30 approximately we will be arriving to Cusco.

The general tourist ticket is valid for 10 days and allows entrance to all of the Inca sites around Cusco, City Tour, the Sacred Valley, Moray and the South Valley (16 places). This is a better option if you plan to also combine the city tour, or visit any of the archaeological sites outside of the Sacred Valley in Cusco. An alternative option is to buy a Partial Tourist Ticket for S/. 70.00 nuevos soles, this is valid for 1 day and will allow entrance to all the sites of the Super Sacred Valley.
