Uros Islands Half Day

• 7:45 am. Transfer from your hotel in Puno to the port of Puno on the shores of Lake Titicaca.
• 08:15am. Departure from the port towards the Floating Islands of Los Uros where we will visit 2 islands
• Uros Islands which are located approximately 30 minutes away.
• After the aforementioned time we will make a brief visit for a minimum of two islands where we will know the way of life of the locals, their customs and activities to which they are dedicated as handicrafts and artisanal fishing.
• The islands of Los Uros are built on blocks of totora reed roots with layers of dry totora reeds placed vertically and horizontally, on this base are located their rooms made of the same material.
• During the excursion you can visit souvenir stores, schools, native families and take a short ride on the totora reed rafts and visit their natural viewpoints.
